How do wave times work?

Participants select a wave time when purchasing tickets. Each wave lasts approximately 20 minutes and includes:

  • 10 minutes for the glow egg hunt

  • 5 minutes for the glow photo booth

  • 5 minutes for event reset before the next group

This structure helps ensure a fun and organized experience for every group.

What time should we arrive?

Please arrive 5 minutes before your selected wave time to allow time for check-in and instructions.

Do parents stay with their children?

For the best experience and safety of all participants, glow hunt waves may be organized by age group.

Ages 0–5
Children in this group must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the hunt due to their young age and varying needs.

Ages 6–10
Parents are welcome to stay nearby or participate alongside their child if needed.

Ages 11–15
Participants in this group may complete the glow hunt independently. Parents or guardians may drop off their child and return at the end of the wave. Each wave lasts approximately 20 minutes.

All participants are expected to follow event instructions and staff guidance to help keep the experience safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Are tickets refundable?
