VZNz of Joy: Holiday Picz was created with one intention:
to give families, couples, and individuals an accessible way to capture warm, meaningful holiday portraits — without the pressure, high prices, or lack of representation found in traditional photo spaces.

As a single mother and community-centered founder, I know the desire for beautiful photos without needing to rearrange your entire day or stretch your budget. This event was designed to make portraits simple, joyful, affordable, and welcoming to every kind of family.

Whether you want updated family pictures, a special moment with your children, holiday card images, or a keepsake just for yourself — VZNz of Joy is here to make it possible.

Event Policies

⭐ 1. Walk-In Policy

A limited number of walk-in sessions may be available. Walk-ins are served only if a scheduled family:

• Cancels

• Does not arrive on time

• Leaves early

Walk-ins are added to the Same-Day Walk-In Waitlist in the order they check in.

Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a session.
If time becomes available, families will be contacted in waitlist order.

Once all sessions are filled, the waitlist will close for the day.
Thank you for helping us keep the event running smoothly for everyone.

⭐ 2. No-Show Policy & Same-Day Rescheduling

If you miss your scheduled time or grace period:

• Your slot will be released to the next family

• You may join the Same-Day Late Arrival List, but a new session is not guaranteed

• You must check in in person to be added to the list

You’re welcome to book a future event if we cannot fit you in.

⭐ 3. Grace Period & Late Arrivals

To keep all sessions on schedule, families have a 5-minute grace period to arrive and check in.

After 5 minutes:

• Your session is released to the walk-in/waitlist family

• You may be added to the Same-Day Late Arrival List

• You will be called only if time allows later in the day

This helps ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all attending families.

Additional Policies

✔ Check-In

Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in.
Late arrivals may be moved to the next available opening.

✔ Refunds & Prints

Prints and digital purchases are non-refundable once selected.

✔ Image Delivery

Digital images are delivered via email within 24–48 hours.
Each email delivery is considered one purchase.

✔ Conduct

Children must be supervised at all times.
Disrespectful behavior toward staff or families may result in dismissal.

✔ Photo Usage

Select event photos may be used for marketing unless you request otherwise at check-in.
